Duckin Around the World

Hello Friend! 

We are Carla & Kenji and together with Phil, our original Duck, have been traveling the globe exploring new and even familiar destinations most of our lives. 

Our adventures started in our own "backyard" communities and expanded to the largest cities and smallest towns coast to coast, and country by country. We are constantly looking for the next hidden destination to share with you and, more importantly, get you out there exploring too. 

So, how did Phil get his name? Phil is named after New Zealand native Phil Keoghan, host of the Amazing Race (US). Like the Amazing Race, we too have a short period of time to travel somewhere each weekend (24h - 72h), complete what we want to do and see and then get back home in time for our day jobs

We have worked in the airline, hotel and hospitality industry for a combined 65 years. We understand what makes planes fly, ships sail, and how even the simplest of trips can hit a bump in the road. We also know some of the best secrets of the industry. 

While many spend their weekends at home, we truly hit the road, the skies and seas to explore new and even some old familiar destinations.

Remember should things go "fowl", it's just water off a duck's back!
